Remote (video) counselling sessions via Skype, Zoom or Microsoft Teams or Telephone Counselling

For anyone who finds it difficult or inconvenient to attend a face-to-face counselling session, the video sessions are an ideal alternative option.

Ever since the first COVID lock-down in March, 2020, I have been engaging successfully with my clients via remote video sessions.  This method works very well and has many advantages for clients who may have mobility or travel issues and for clients who have child-care responsibilities which constrains their available time for attending face-to-face sessions.

I also offer telephone counselling for clients who prefer this method.

There is, of course, no geographical limit for video counselling or for telephone counselling, which is another advantage.
